Whisper has been around for a couple of years now, but larger telecommunication platforms are starting to adopt it for real world benefits in business. This language model supports over 90+ langauages!
What does this integration do?
This integration allows you to automatically transcribe your phone conversations to text, providing you a word for word transcription of your conversation.
Not only will you get a written copy of your conversation, but it will also summarise your conversation and highlight the next action steps discussed. It will analyse the sentiment of the transcription and give you a rating from 1 to 100 to indicate if the conversation was negative or positive. It considers satisfaction, empathy, humour, kindness and professionalism as positive traits and deducts points for annoyance, hostility, unprofessionalism and rudeness.

The transcribed data is available within the 3CX system, but this is where the beauty of CRM integrations come in.
